#Harvest a pipeweed. The pipeweed is found in a lake on the west side of Strifewind Isle. The lake is marked on your map. They are hard to target; click on the base of the pipeweed. You will receive a [[hardened pipe reed]].
#Take the cloud to [[Whisperwind Isle]] and head to the Norrath portal. Stand near the listening staff at {{loc|-559|-47|-395}}. Right-click the [[hardened pipe reed]] in your inventory and select "Use". [[Harun Clearsky]] will arrive in a moment.
