The {{Monster|a rotting follower of Grelkor|rotting followers of Grelkor}} near {{POI|N'Mar's Ascent}} will also update this quest, as will the easy-to-solo 25-28 {{Monster|a scavenging ghoul|scavenging ghoul}} or {{Monster|a ravenous ghoul|ravenous ghoul}} at Camp Leott {{loc|122|64|-1435}}.
