#Click on the lamppost-like "altar" at ( -107, 26, -6 )

The lamppost is in the upper area, near the Usurper, and has a purple light instead of the usual blue, and is decorated with skulls, spikes and batwings.

The altar will not update unless you enter the Crypt of T'Haen in a normal instance, not in the Endless Twilight instance.
