The Mysterious Mine

   * The level of this quest scales from level 30 to level 39. 

  1. Kill Tzkak the Dark ( 331.5, -77, -202 ) 
  2. Activate the voice update at ( 332, -33, -141.5 ) 
  3. Kill Hunkta the Grey ( 341, -22.5, -188.5 ) 
  4. Return to Pearl Honeywine in Qeynos Harbor or Mareva D'Iniv in North Freeport 

   * Rewards for The Mysterious Mine version:

         o One of the following:
              1. Ring of the Spellbound
              2. Cowl of Maniacal Biddings
              3. Darkened Circlet the Farseeker - Yep, that's how eq2 spelled it
              4. Gloves of Mediation
              5. Handguards of Restless Spirits
              6. Orb of the Upheaval 

The Icy Dig

The level of this quest scales up to level 50. Players above 60 can 1-group this. Some players can solo it at 70, depending on class and gear.

  1. Follow the steps in Revelation to draw off Ghagan the Enforcer in order to climb up the ramp he guards.
  2. On the second floor, kill the Roekillik watcher, Hondo and Patrol Willka, who come through the double doors( -114, 21, -263 ) 
  3. Go through the doors (your quest will update here) and across the rampart to ( -112, 24, -93 ).
     Kill Rygia (54^^^ Epic x2 Necromancer) assisted by Advisor Kal (54^^^ Epic x2 Warlock). The quest will update and you will
     receive Rygias Amulet of Dousing with 12 charges.
  4. Go back through the doors and turn left. Go up the ramp until it reaches a circular hallway. Turn right and go around to a
     set of doors on the north wall ( 0, 41, -384 ) . Go through them and follow the cavern to its end.
         * There are various golems and roekilliks in here
               o Just inside the door is a roekillik watcher who calls up a group of 4 roekillik miners and a roekillik excavation
                 chief
               o At approximately ( -43, 19, -726 )  an ice collossus will attack you, even if it is gray 
  5. When you reach the end you'll come upon Huyzak the Cunning and Bresellis the Dark, with 3 roekillik guards. This is the start
     of a very difficult fight. Huyzak the Cunning must be killed last, because his death triggers an event. The wall behind him
     will explode and Kodan will come bursting through.
  6. Inside Kodan's cave are two idols. Approaching one will give you the chat box message, "You see what appears to be the word
     Rygia inscribed on a strange idol." These idols cause "beams of soul-sucking energy" to strike the party and will continue to
     do so as long as Kodan is alive. Use Rygias Amulet of Dousing to turn off the idols briefly. When they reactivate, you will
     receive the chat box message "The strange idol has been reactivated" if you are still standing near one. Continue using the
     amulets to turn off the idols while fighting Kodan.
  7. Kill Kodan (54^^^ Epic x2) Drakota.
         * If you linger in the zone after killing Kodan, you will eventually be attacked by Diamondon 55^^^ Epic x2 grouped with
           2 golem guardians 55^^ Epic x2 (KB, stun, cold, crushing). They will eventually be joined by The Dark Planner, 
           55^^^ Epic x2 drakota (poison, divine, slashing). 
  8. Return to the NPC you received the quest from for your final reward.
