1. Speak with Ryvenar Sal'Vara (the person that you got the fabled from in the Skleross Encampment) in Jarsath Wastes. He directs you to find Barkrich Oakleaf in the Fens of Nathsar.
2. Go to Barkrich Oakleaf at ( -747, 14, 1902 ) /waypoint -747, 14, 1902 in the Fens of Nathsar, he will ask you to prove yourself.
   • Complete the Sub-Quest "For The Swamp".
3. Kill 4 Epic Named (in order):
   1. Kill Tairiza the Widow Mistress in the The Tomb of Thuuga for the Rune of Stamina!.
   2. Kill Venril Sathir in Venril Sathir's Lair for the Rune of Focus!
   3. Kill Shade of Khalan Dar in Veeshan's Peak for the Rune of Accuracy! (received when examine Rune from kill of last dragon in encounter)
   4. Kill Phara Dar in Veeshan's Peak for the Rune of Control! (received when examine Rune from kill of last dragon in encounter)
4. Return all 4 runes, a Bottle of Entwrite, and the original Eagle's Talon (Fabled) to Ryvenar.
