Предназначение
to add color (and apprently the only way to look good, background color too) to rarity lables.
general switch/idea ganked from Шаблон:NormalizeRarity, just didnt wanted the cat linking, just the coloring part.

- what rarity this is. lots of way to specify one, best choice is to look at the source of this template.
- for the most part, можно использовать сочение букв для указания ценности:
- О, Н, РР, Ц, РМ, Л, Э, МИФ

- (optional) override the rarity name with your text. remember, will be bolded and on a black background
