8 Point Effect: +1% Avoidance -- You have a 1% higher chance to avoid being hit by an even level enemy.
Explanation: Each point in Defense increases Avoidance by 0.25% (see Monk Abilities). So with 8 Achievement points in this ability, Defense is raised by 4, which translates to 1% more Avoidance. The in-game Avoidance percentage explanation is that you have that percentage chance to avoid being hit by an even level enemy.
